Key Responsibilities:
As an Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via live chat software. Your primary duties will include:
- Interacting daily with visitors on our clients' websites via live chat software, providing quick and accurate assistance to customers
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Demonstrating an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service
- Continuously improving customer satisfaction ratings and providing feedback to the Online Chat Manager
