Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of working experience in an office environment
- Excellent PC/Internet skills, with introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate information effectively and accurately
- Great Customer Service skills and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Processor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
- Performing manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
- Classifying documents based on client's requirements
- Working on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
- Ability to problem solve, self-guided
- Complying with company policies and standards
