Key Responsibilities

  • Directly interact with veterinary facilities to coordinate prescription authorizations, resolve client concerns, and clarify order requests, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot to determine appropriate solutions for clients and center partners, following up as necessary to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Accurately complete data entry of prescriptions into Chewy's healthcare software, maintaining a high level of quality in data entry and order processing.
  • Work with understanding, undivided attention, patience, empathy, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners, providing a personalized and caring experience.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role, embracing feedback and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with veterinary facilities via telephone and other channels, utilizing internal programs and systems to navigate solutions and document center note accounts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and through active listening.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capacity to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, such as chatting on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes.
  • Attention to Detail: Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
  • Microsoft Outlook Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Completion of high school or equivalent education is necessary.
  • Pharmacy Technician License: Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, where applicable.
