About the Role

As a Data Ops Analytics Engineering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data ingestion into 3M's enterprise data warehouse, executing best practice data modeling strategies, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive information ingestion into the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
  • Execute best practice data modeling strategies to deliver domain-relevant data models that meet business needs.
  • Create and uphold data quality standards and governance policies to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive performance improvement and scalability of data design and engineering methodologies.
  • Ensure that the engineering platform fully supports the broader analytics engineering group needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of combined experience in data/analytics engineering in a private, public, government, or military environment.
