About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative working from home for Walgreens, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, processing transactions, and providing support to our clients across various channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a special and beautiful customer experience by greeting clients, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving customer issues.
  • Register sales on assigned cash register and offer clients courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout services.
  • Engage with customers and patients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Process customer purchases, handle returns, and manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves.
  • Implement company asset protection methods to minimize loss and ensure compliance with national and local laws.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including building and maintaining displays, and completing resets and revisions as directed.
  • Assist with online order fulfillment, including monitoring orders and providing orders to customers.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.

Basic Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Previous work experience with Walgreens.
