We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for individuals interested in becoming an RBT.   • Nannies, childcare providers, Paraprofessionals, or child daycare experience.
  • Mental Health Technician/Advocate or Behavioral Specialist.
  • Teachers, Special Education Coaches, or Early Childhood Development background.
  • Direct Support Professionals or Life Skills Assistants.
  • Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer.
  • Administrative Professionals and Hospatality or Customer Service background.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
  • Progress through the RBT Ladder.
  • Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately.
  • Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
  • Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
  • Collaboration with Lead RBT for training sequence.

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Time management, observation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
