We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Veterinary Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our Veterinary Assistance group, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the seamless execution of veterinary prescription orders. About the Role

As a Veterinary Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting directly with veterinary centers to arrange prescription orders, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
  • Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
  • Completing accurate and timely data entry of prescriptions into Chewy's healthcare software
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, sympathy, and generosity to clients and partners alike
  • Collaborating with a willingness to learn, share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of openness and growth
  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other stations as needed) with various topics, primarily utilizing our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record center note accounts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • The ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • Ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • High school education or equivalent
  • The ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if applicable)
  • Decisive reasoning skills
  • Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to a dynamic schedule
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • Pass a background check
