Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Operations Support Analyst to join our team of customer support professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement to drive business growth and efficiency. This is a remote customer support job that offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of external data to inform business decisions and develop effective solutions to customer complaints and issues.
  • Conduct research and gather data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Deals Activities Group

The Deals Activities Group is responsible for driving all sales enablement initiatives while focusing on people, processes, and tools. This group delivers critical technology skills, drives internal organizations for cross-functional initiatives, and creates and empowers various sales support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for Deals Activities Group

  • Support the outreach team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, salesforce, and dashboard reporting.
  • Develop and distribute communications to ensure alignment with Southwest Business Group and customers.
  • Provide customer service to Southwest Business Group and customers by responding to and managing customer and sales requests using CRM tools.
  • Assist in creating or delivering onboarding and training materials for the group.
  • Participate in impromptu sales activities, promotions, and planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
