As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their challenges, and exceeding their expectations.

The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls
  • Working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment
  • Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
  • Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour

  • Enjoy your weekends off! We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday
  • 8-week onsite training academy to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers
  • Hybrid work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference)
  • Eligibility to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, paid time off, and 6 company holidays per year

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • Secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
