Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions and inform content strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Applying advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
• Investigating client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predicting content engagement to inform content acquisition and release decisions
• Developing and implementing data-driven content release and episode release strategies
• Testing marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Providing ad-hoc data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications
