We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You should be able to provide a positive and efficient experience for customers, while also building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while also meeting deadlines and achieving performance targets.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. You should be able to analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Basic computer proficiency. You should be comfortable using a computer or laptop to access our chat platform, as well as other software and tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. You should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being able to collaborate with colleagues as needed.
  • Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus. While not required, previous experience in customer service or chat support can be beneficial in this role.
