Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Home Depot Customer Support team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with our sales team to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service (90%): Provide exceptional customer service to customers through inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Reporting and Follow-up (10%): Utilize online software tools to report customer communications and ensure that all interactions are documented, researched, and followed up on to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.

Direct Administrator/Direct Reports

This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care and has no direct reports.

Travel Requirements

This position requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

This role is spent mostly sitting in a comfortable position, with opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

Working Conditions

This position is located in a comfortable indoor environment, with rare exposure to unpleasant conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with THD/Genius Reference partners.
  • Retail experience, including sales skills.
  • Experience in the exchange/home improvement industry.
  • Proficiency in online systems to gather and update data.
  • Strong data entry skills, including clear and concise documentation and other forms of communication.
