Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information about their packages. This is a full-time role that requires 40 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work extra hours during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage tough customer situations with empathy and professionalism, prioritizing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Read and analyze data to supplement information, seeking out and developing work flows and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in meeting established deadlines, using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, maintaining confidentiality and following policies and procedures.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, and contributing to building a positive team environment.
  • Uphold organizational values and goals with integrity, treating people with respect, and inspiring trust in others.

Physical Demands

  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds.
  • Standing, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during shifts of up to 12 hours.
  • Working in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures (personal protective equipment provided).

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent degree.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize work time to ensure performance.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics and developing metrics to measure development against key performance indicators.
