Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and identify potential delivery issues
  • Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays
  • Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency - minimum of C1 level)
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
