About the Role - Virtual Customer Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Customer Care Professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from entrepreneurs and managers, engaging with them to understand their needs and suggesting the right American Express products and services
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the features, benefits, and different components of American Express Small Business Services
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by responding to customer inquiries about their accounts in a prompt, organized, and customer-centric environment
  • Document essential account information in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, complying with all regulatory and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications
