Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Item Success, Record Management, and Providers to ensure the successful delivery of market research projects, adhering to ISO and global data processing standards.
• Lead the execution of daily data analysis and manipulation requests, supporting both Provider and internal demands.
• Assess data service requests and understand the requirements of market research projects.
• Prepare, plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are ready and shipped on schedule.
• Check datasets for logical consistency, reformat, and update datasets for downstream analysis.
• Maneuver data into the correct format for analysis purposes using tools like Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as needed).
• Proactively provide counsel or ideas for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery.
• Create and communicate best practices to stakeholders across divisions to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our item offer and processes.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
