As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through estimation, investigation, and knowledge generation for trade and development item surface regions.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for constructing examinations, information perceptions, and multi-useful revealing that offers basic help to the activities and decision-production for the sign-up and trade item spaces. You will answer center business questions, give logical mastery on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu, and drive the utilization of examination as a key income driver to increment recruits and trade changes across a few recently extended worldwide tiering drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex data analyses, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Provide analytical expertise on trade streams, sign-up, and business performance to drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement diagnostic solutions and deliver actionable insights
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply descriptive and inferential statistics to understand customer behavior and drive business outcomes
• Communicate complex data insights effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
• 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects, from identifying business needs to driving business outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
• A strong analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven insights and business results

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• A Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, or Plotly
• Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join pipe, and trade spaces
• Ability to identify and escalate issues to leadership
• Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
