- Recruit and oversee physicians in targeted regions, focusing on specialized needs such as Independent Medical Examination (IME) services.
- Address licensing and certification requirements for physicians, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Source and fulfill urgent service requests, providing daily updates on progress and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as required, driving business innovation and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of physician networks, recruitment strategies, medical specialties, and relevant terminology.
