About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Professional to join our remote team and support Carnegie Hall's mission. As a Fundraise for Carnegie Hall, you will play a vital role in driving fundraising efforts and contributing to the success of our prestigious client. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills and passion for the performing arts to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective fundraising strategies to engage Carnegie Hall concertgoers and/or current/lapsed donors
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to close sales and raise money for Carnegie Hall's music education and outreach programs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve fundraising goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising and sales

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven fundraising/sales experience, with a strong track record of closing sales and raising money
  • Background in the performing arts, with a passion for music education and outreach programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and persuade effectively
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in desktop or laptop, high-speed internet, and headset with microphone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
