Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles. Through our award-winning training program, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as an auto technician, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, and more. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide quick, easy, and trusted services to our guests, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and battery testing and replacement
• Conduct 18-point safety checks to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field
• Completion of a vocational training program in automotive repair or a related field
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs

Compensation and Benefits:
