As a Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters employee, you will help our community and customers with our award-winning coffee and customer service expertise as a Barista.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Providing our customers with a positive experience

• Working closely with a team of coffee connoisseurs

• Taking on new tasks along with love to learn new things and new recipes

• Having a strong focus on quality and presentation of our offered products

• Keeping your work area clean during your shift

• Working efficiently and positively through busy times

Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

• The ability to stand for long periods along with some heavy lifting

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand oral and written instructions

• Meet all policies and procedures set in your position

• Punctuality and long-standing good attendance

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and most holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
