About the Internship

We're now accepting applications for our Fall 2025 Event Operations Internship, offering a unique opportunity for full-time college students to gain hands-on experience and earn college credit. As an intern, you'll work closely with our experienced Event Operations team to learn the ins and outs of event planning, execution, and management. You'll have the chance to develop valuable skills, build relationships with industry professionals, and contribute to the success of our events.

Responsibilities

As an Event Operations Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Shadowing and assisting Event Representatives and Front of House Managers during all events, including concerts and other arena events
  • Preparing the Event Services Weekly Schedule to send out to the entire company
  • Preparing Event "Reference Sheets" according to specific concert information
  • Being onsite during Event Days to act as an extra set of hands, performing duties such as decorating backstage, escorting VIPs, hanging signage, etc.
  • Assisting with creating and implementing staffing requests
  • Assisting with gathering information for Event and Meeting Room bookings
  • Occasionally acting as an Event Services Representative with guidance from the department for small events or Meeting Room bookings

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must:
  • Be a full-time college student at an accredited college or university
  • Be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends within your designated credit hour requirement when necessary
  • Be able to maintain confidential information
  • Pass a background check, which will include a minimum of a criminal background check and, if applicable, a driving history check

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • Previous experience in event planning, operations, or a related field
  • Knowledge of event management software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
