Key Responsibilities

As an LCPC or Psy.D contractor with Everyday Psychotherapy, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth
• Conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices
• Setting your own schedule and determining your case load to ensure a healthy work-life balance

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

• A valid LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, or Ph.D. license in the state of Illinois
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
• Certification in a specialized area, such as trauma-informed care or addiction counseling

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
