We are a London-based company looking for a talented individual to join our fast-growing team as a Facebook and Google Ads Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant. Job Summary

As a Facebook and Google Ads Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system and have excellent written English skills. You will also be responsible for managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, as well as providing general administrative support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization

  • Manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms
  • Assist with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team based in India
  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel
  • Experience in managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, with Google Certification preferred
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
  • Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or later if needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in managing multiple projects and teams

  • Knowledge of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research
  • Experience working with Hubstaff time tracking software
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies
