Location : US remote
Job Description
- UKG Lead API Consultant with strong functional expertise in UKG WFM Pro
- Lead integration efforts to integrate UKG Pro with internal and external systems
- Translate business requirements into API specifications, data contracts, and integration workflows
- Build scalable, secure, and reusable API solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with vendor, product and relevant stakeholders
- Optimize API calls for efficiency and reliability
- Continuously improve existing API solutions based on feedback and system performance
- Work with Azure/Databricks middleware tools and similar platforms as needed for integrations
- Solution Design and Technical Consulting
- Provide guidance on UKG s API capabilities, limitations and best practices
- Partner with UKG and IBM to provide fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal integration approaches
- Review Design and coordinate approvals with UKG, technical team, business stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Project Management and Vendors in planning and ensuring UKG specific deliverables are on track
- UKG Certifications preferred
- AI/ML exposure would be a nice to have
