Key Responsibilities

As a Flight Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Flight Planning and Principles team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing curriculum, compliance, or training support to Flight Planning
• Collaborating with Flight Planning support teams to complete project tasks as assigned
• Offering informed authority guidance to project tasks as appointed
• Adjusting or creating new training materials when required
• Tracking individual progress and reporting status of tasks to appropriate leaders
• Reviewing standard procedures and providing feedback on changes
• Performing explicit obligations as allocated by Flight Planning management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A high school diploma, GED, or secondary school equivalency
• Strong organizational and administration skills
• Experience with Flight Operations Foundation
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• A commitment to prioritizing the safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embracing a diverse range of individuals, thinking, and styles
