Senior MLOps Engineer - Mitchell Martin, Inc.

Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract

Compensation Pay Range:$60.00-$74.00 Per Hour

Description Design, automate, and manage the full ML/LLM production lifecycle. Create cloud-native infrastructure for workflows using CI/CD and IaC. Develop reusable testing frameworks and secure runtime environments. Implement safe release strategies and enhance observability at scale. Collaborate across teams to balance security, privacy, and performance. Optimize costs and improve templates for repeatable delivery.

Key Responsibilities Manage the productionization of models ensuring resilient services. Build automation-first delivery with reproducible builds and tests. Engineer scalable serving solutions for inference workloads. Instrument end-to-end observability and lead incident management. Translate requirements into designs and change plans. Reduce manual work through automation and optimize resource costs.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in operating ML systems in production. Proficient in Python for ML engineering. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Experience in deploying and operating compute for ML. Experience in implementing ML tracking and model deployment. Familiarity with security and compliance in CI/CD pipelines.
