Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of product management experience or comparable area experience, utilizing search, recommendations, or AI-powered products to build best-in-class e-commerce customer experiences
• Proven experience driving collaboration across multiple teams to ensure alignment and focus on solving customer problems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to analyze data to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• A proven track record of building novel and engaging customer experiences informed by data from various sources (market research, A/B testing, customer research)
• Demonstrated ability to form an ambiguous problem into a product vision, strategy, and learning plan to move a nascent product from zero to one
• Exhibited leadership capability, self-motivated and organized, with the ability to pioneer and rapidly grow
• A systems thinker with a passion for storytelling and product craftsmanship
