About the Role & Team: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our vibrant and coordinated sales, marketing, and support team for all Disney Destinations portfolio, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Signature Experiences. As a key member of our team, you will lead the distribution and sales strategy to drive business from Latin America, working closely with contracted third-party wholesalers. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Travel Industry Sales, with a solid understanding of Latin American markets and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining key relationships with airlines, organizations, and industry experts, and providing timely and consistent communication to our Sales and Marketing Director. What You Will Do: * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business from Latin America, in partnership with contracted third-party wholesalers * Build and maintain key relationships with airlines, organizations, and industry experts to increase sales and revenue * Provide timely and consistent communication to our Sales and Marketing Director regarding client performance, market trends, and key sales initiatives * Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth * Lead negotiations of co-operative marketing programs supporting Disney Parks, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line * Prospect new businesses and develop current and new key relationships to increase profitability for the company * Work closely with Client Solutions Managers and Trade Marketing Managers to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and marketing * Be a product expert for Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line, and an authority on the travel industry in Latin America * Engage Client Solutions Managers to solve for client's operational needs, including technology, finance, ticketing, revenue management, etc. * Develop and maintain internal relationships throughout the Disney organization, and identify alliance opportunities within the various departments Required Qualifications & Skills: * At least five years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in the Travel Industry * Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese * Solid understanding of Latin American markets and the travel industry * Demonstrated business sense and ability to integrate and connect information across multiple functional lines of businesses * Demonstrated experience building strategic plans and strategic relationships * Ability to provide training through presentations to small, medium, and large audiences * Demonstrated ability to encourage, drive passion and teamwork, with a dedication to excellence * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent * Preferred: Master's of Business Administration Additional Information: * Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life, including health and savings benefits, educational opportunities, and special extras that only Disney can provide.
