HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and ensure alignment with our company’s business objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a hands-on leader who can partner with management and employees to foster a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. 2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding. 3. Oversee employee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development plans. 4. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. 5. Design and deliver training programs to enhance local employee skills, leadership capability, and organizational development. 6. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies. 7. Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture and retention. 8. Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making. 9. Lead HR projects, such as diversity & inclusion, digital HR transformation, or change management. Qualification1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus). 2. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, and compliance requirements. It is better to be familiar with Vietnamese labor regulations 4. Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations,and talent development. 5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset. 6. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools. 7. Good verbal Mandarin and English. Apply To This Job
