Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide accurate information on airline policies, services, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain thorough records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry changes and airline information to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
