We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Oregon. This opportunity starts on Oct 27, 2025, and spans 48 days, with a flexible schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00am to 5:30pm. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care in Family Medicine and Urgent Care settings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages
• Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Deliver patient education on preventive care and disease management
• Document all patient interactions and clinical findings using Nextgen EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Support tribal health initiatives and culturally informed care practices

Additional Information

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon
• Tribal health experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Family Medicine/Urgent Care required
• Proficient use of Nextgen EMR
