The Impact You Will Have

As a Principal Data Architect, you will:

• Lead pre-sales and consulting engagements, supporting sales teams and client partners in solutioning for large deals and strategic accounts.
• Provide strategic architectural guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex data and cloud transformation journeys.
• Serve as the technical lead for Databricks engagements, collaborating with platform partners to build integrated solutions and drive adoption.
• Develop and own new data and analytics offerings for the Healthcare HMT segment, including revenue accountability.
• Partner closely with AI, Analytics, and Interoperability practice leaders to deliver a unified data and analytics experience to clients.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and earn peer respect through deep expertise, strategic insights, and impactful contributions.

What We re Looking For

Experience

• 18+ years of experience in data and cloud services, including team leadership and global delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in the Healthcare HMT ecosystem.
• Proven experience in data acquisition, wrangling, visualization, and working with client-side leadership.
• Strong background in cloud adoption, migration, data lakes, modern data warehouses, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise with cloud solutions such as cloud adoption and migration, cloud-based data lakes, modern data warehouse EDW , and data modelling. Experience in Snowflake and Databricks as plus
