Key Responsibilities

 Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

 Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Flipkart product offerings and provide information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.

 Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction

 Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our system.

 Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
