Head Of Learning Key Responsibilities Your core mission is to pioneer and perfect our AI-driven, teacher-free educational model across multiple campus locations. Success means leveraging data analytics and direct student feedback to continuously enhance our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics like AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth rates. Basic Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
• Proven track record in education or EdTech leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational contexts
• Hands-on experience designing AI systems for educational applications
• Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in explaining complex concepts
• Strong track record of leading diverse teams and managing sophisticated projects
