About the Role

 Are you an excellent communicator fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil? Scalesforth is seeking a dedicated and motivated Female Telecaller to join our remote team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities

 Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in a professional and engaging manner.

 Understand client needs and promote products/services accordingly.

 Provide information about our company, products, and services.

 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

 Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required Skills

 Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil languages.

 Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

 Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

 Ability to work independently and remotely.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
