Responsibilities

 Process invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures and meet targets.

 Resolve discrepant invoices following standard operating procedures.

 Maintain a daily productivity log for the team.

 Generate and update AP/AR/VMI/IC/FA reports for reporting activities.

 Pass rectification entries for errors identified by the internal QC team.

 Reconcile Sub-module vs Trial balance.

 Assist Fin functional teams with basic macros.

 Required Skills

 Fresher with a degree in Bcom/BBA (Finance)/MCom/MBA (Finance).

 Good understanding of MS applications at a basic level.

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

 Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.

 Strong analytical skills and ability to work as a team player.

 Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict project deadlines.

 Once selected, freshers undergo a comprehensive training program that combines classroom sessions, hands-on projects, and mentorship. The training program covers various aspects of analytics, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, data visualization, and machine learning techniques.
