Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operatives and their work.
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Control quality of work and ensure method statement/risk assessments are completed.
- Ensure materials, including those used by subcontractors, comply with specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the site, including plant and facilities.
- Keep accurate records of all work carried out.
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge of CDM regulations.
- SMSTS certification or equivalent.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of construction projects and supervising staff/operatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to drive projects forward, solve problems efficiently, and uphold high standards of work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
