📋 Description
• Conduct daily engagement with ideal client profiles on Instagram and Facebook • Follow and interact with followers of competitor/coaches accounts • Respond and reach out via DMs using pre-approved scripts and custom messages • Invite and encourage potential leads to join the Facebook group when appropriate • Identify high-quality prospects by reviewing content, bios, and account activity • Engage with posts, stories, and comments to build familiarity before messaging • Update a Google Spreadsheet with engagement activity, including: Name, Instagram/Facebook handle, Engagement notes, Message status (e.g., reached out, responded, followed up)
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in social media lead generation, especially for coaches or high-ticket offers • Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook engagement best practices • Excellent English communication and writing skills • Experience with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus • Ability to adapt voice and tone based on brand guidelines • Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours
