Process Support Lab Assistant - FTC
Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Process Support Lab Assistant to join a well-established team and provide support to our client within an integrated service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage laboratory inventory and stock
- Clean laboratory equipment, including water baths, sterile rooms, fridges, and incubators
- Prepare and clean glassware
- Ensure proper removal of laboratory waste
- Work in accordance with ALCOA principles (Accountable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate)
Requirements:
- NAT5 level education in English, Maths, and a Science discipline—preferably Biology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically within strict processes
- Effective communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
