Your Impact: What You’ll DoAs the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of the facility and help lead us toward achieving our long-term goals. Your key responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations, ensuring the facility runs efficiently and effectively while staying aligned with our mission and vision.
- Team Collaboration: Lead clinical, managerial, and custodial teams, ensuring seamless cooperation and strong communication to deliver outstanding care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence.
- Resident-Centered Care: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure individual care plans are followed and that each resident receives the personalized care they deserve.
- Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage the facility’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability while overseeing billing and fee structures.
- Community & Family Liaison: Serve as the face of the facility, building strong relationships with residents’ families and the community while acting as the primary liaison between staff and families.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Licensure: State licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
- Advanced Education (Preferred): Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) or an MBA with a focus on healthcare management.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or similar setting.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams while maintaining the highest standards of care.
