In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and building out requirements for tech functionalities to improve our ability to validate products in our fulfillment network, with focus on product label imaging in the expansive fulfillment network. Key job responsibilities

  • Defining strategies and owning the delivery of multiple projects, taking ownership to monitor their progress against key milestones
  • Leveraging a combination of data analysis skills, critical thinking and collaboration to clarify highly ambiguous problems and present tangible solution in an easy to understand format for leadership teams
  • Partnering closely with various Tech, Product and Science teams, to define and lead the integration of novel tech and science solutions within the program
  • Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects within your ownership to key stakeholders, to ensure alignment is maintained across various worldwide teams
  • Clear, precise, and regular communication with key stakeholders, including leadership, on ongoing project/program updates
  • Create and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectiveness

  • Plan and prioritize tasks to advance ongoing projects
  • Reach out to compliance and legal teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirements
  • Work closely with policy, product, and tech teams to implement necessary changes
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through open communication and support
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
  • Master's degree or equivalent
