Salary: $45 – $60 per hour
We are looking for a virtual assistant to join our team and provide administrative support on a remote basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendar, and appointments Coordinate and schedule meetings Prepare and organize documents and reports Conduct research on various topics Manage social media accounts and content creation Handle customer service inquiries Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Familiarity with project management software such as Trello or Asana Previous experience as a virtual assistant preferred High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment If you have a passion for organization and a knack for multitasking, we’d love to hear from you.
