Role and Responsibilities

As a Delivery Associate, you will support USPS operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of mail and packages. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates seeking to begin a career in public service without prior experience.

• Sort, organize, and load mail and packages for delivery
• Deliver letters and parcels on an assigned route using postal vehicles or on foot
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in deliveries and pickups

• Follow USPS procedures and safety protocols at all times

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to lift and carry mail and packages weighing up to 70 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (for positions requiring vehicle use)

• Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules
• Effective communication and customer service skills
