Monks is seeking for an experienced and strategicMedia Strategy & Planning Supervisor to lead the development and execution of innovative digital media strategies. In this role, you will oversee the planning, optimization, and performance of multi-platform campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with platforms such as Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta, and Google Ads, along with strong skills in campaign QA, reporting, and data analysis.

We are currently going 2 times a week to our office in Colegiales CABA

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development of integrated digital media strategies across channels including Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta, and Google Ads, aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee the planning, targeting, and audience segmentation processes to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to develop comprehensive campaign briefs and media plans.
  • Ensure accurate setup of campaigns, including tagging, tracking, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation.
  • Conduct thorough QA for all campaigns before launch, verifying creative assets, tags, trackers, and tracking URLs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing ongoing optimization recommendations based on data insights.
  • Generate detailed reports on key performance metrics, analyzing ROI, conversions, and engagement.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to tags, trackers, and data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage campaign documentation, including media plans, trackers, and performance reports.
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital media opportunities to advise clients and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Present strategic insights and performance results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, leveraging data and industry best practices.
Who You Are
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital media planning and strategy, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Platforms: Demonstrated expertise with Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of campaign QA, tagging, trackers, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation.
  • Strategic Skills: Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of digital measurement tools and attribution models is a plus.
  • Personal Traits: Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, adaptable, passionate about innovation and performance marketing.
